ABOUT LWC ENGINEERING
LWC Engineering Ltd is an independent architectural and structural steel fabrication company established in 1988 by the late Brian Bridgman and later bought by the present owner Martin Davies in 2010 having previously worked at the Company.
Working from purpose - built workshops in Harlow, LWC is ideally situated for access to London, Home Counties and beyond and is committed to providing the best possible level of service to our clients.
LWC Engineering fabricates a wide range of structural steel and is accredited to BS EN 1090 to the higher standard of Execution Class 3, one of the first in Essex.
Over the years we have worked on a number of varied structural steel projects; some of which can be seen in our gallery. We have a long standing, close working relationship with competent detailers and structural engineers that can draft and carry out the necessary safety calculations for us. Alternatively, LWC are also able to work closely with your design team allowing us to manufacture a wide range of structural and architectural items. We are able to meet you on site to understand your project as well as carry out site surveys and can also provide an installation service using our competent and qualified subcontractors.
Our expertise and knowledge can also propose innovative and cost-effective solutions to some of the trickiest of projects e.g. the repair and replacement of the mechanical linkage to a birthing pool or the mounting of a Vampire Jet in the Loire Valley! Our in-depth knowledge of the welding process and metal behaviour means we can provide solutions for your requirements both in our workshops and on-site.
At LWC we pride ourselves on our individual customer relationships offering the same level of quality and service to a diverse and broad client base regardless of the size or requirements of each project. From lift shafts to builder’s beams we are here waiting for your call and look forward to working with you.
